The private photo helps identify the gear and its visible condition, and supports service preparation and the booking record. It does not replace an in-person inspection. Retention follows the Privacy Policy.

There is no separate pickup or return fee. Depending on the payment option you choose, booking may place a temporary card hold for the reservation deposit. Any remaining balance is paid later. Exact amounts are shown for your selected booking and payment setup before you submit.

For home pickup, checkout may place a temporary card hold; a hold is not payment. The exact hold and booking total are shown before submission. Workshop drop-off does not use the home-pickup hold. Available payment arrangements and any remaining balance follow the final booking details you accept.
Eligible requested or confirmed bookings can use protected booking status before pickup and before the stated card-hold cutoff. After pickup, contact us. Changes may require an updated final offer, which the customer must accept before confirmation.
