Already have a booking? Include your booking reference so we can help you faster.

How we can help

Use the form for booking changes, cancellation questions, pickup or return questions, and general enquiries. If your message concerns a booking, include its human-friendly booking reference.

Submitting a booking reference does not provide access to private booking details. Replies are sent to the email address entered in the form.

Protect your information

Never send a card number, private tracking token, payment capability, password, or signed equipment-photo link. The booking reference alone does not authorize access to booking details.

Do not use this service for emergencies or time-critical safety support.

Service coverage

Home pickup and return is limited to addresses verified against the configured York Region, Durham Region, and designated North York allowlist. Workshop drop-off is by appointment; the public workshop address and booking guidance are on Info + FAQ.
